– Glacier is a Dual Purpose Hop, first released in 2000 by the Washington State University Breeding Program. Glacier is made up of the following Hops: 1/2 Elasser, 5/32 Brewer’s Gold, 1/8 Northern Brewer, 1/16 Bullion Hops, 1/32 Early Green, 1/32 German Aroma Hops, 1/64 East Kent Golding, 1/128 Bavarian, 1/128 Unknown. Imparting a balanced Bittering potential with pleasant Citrus, Grapefruit, Pine-Needle, Cut-Grass, and Herbal qualities. Hints of Tropical Fruits, Floral Gardens, Peach, Apricot and Pear in the Aroma, with a relatively Pungent and Resinous Finish. Developed in Washington State’s University Breeding Program by Dr. Stephen Kenny in 2000.
