– Cascade is an Aroma Variety of Hop, developed in 1971 by the USDA Breeding Program based in Oregon, United States. Complex Pine Needle, Mango, Floral Spice, Resinous Pine and Citrus Zest in the Aroma. Cascade also lends a superb Bitterness, with Zesty Orange, Pine Needle, Grapefruit and Honey-Melon delighting the Palate. Cascade is exceptionally versatile complimenting Stouts, Porters and Scotch Ales, to Floral India Pale Ales, Barley Wines and even Lagers. Grown in the United States of America, Canada, Argentina and Tasmania, Australia.
