– Bravo (Hopsteiner 0146) is a Bittering Variety of Hop, bred as a new Super Alpha Variety through open pollination of Zeus in 2000. Bravo lends her superb Bittering potential to having a high Alpha Acid Content of 14-17%, along with it’s Fruity, Floral-Citrus, Grapefruit, Mango and Pine-Needle like Aroma. Bravo is a High Yield Variety with good Storage capabilities, quickly finding a place in American Pale Ales and India Pale Ales due to her Robust flavours and Tropical, Citrus like Aroma. Developed by the Hopsteiner Breeding Company, Yakima Valley, Washington State and released in 2006.
