– HPA – 035′ is an Experimental Hop Variety developed by Hop Products Australia at the Bushy Park Farms in Tasmania. HPA – 035′ shows strong Floral, Herbal, and unique Stonefruit Characters, being classically European by descent. Low levels of Linalool and Geraniol combined with high levels of Humulene and Farnesene create Spicy, Woody, and Herbal characteristics. Related by descent to Perle’ and Hallertau Mittelfrüh’ ( and therefore Northern Brewer ). Although HPA – 035′ is still in the Experimental stages, she is already showing versatility in Styles ranging from Pale Ales, Brown Ales, Witbier, Saison, and even Indian Pale Ales. Developed and Released by Hop Products Australia, and currently grown only in Tasmania.
