– Cascade is an Aroma Variety of Hop, Originating in 1971, United States/OR. Lingering Bitterness, Citrus, Pine Needle, and Grapefruit, yet with a more Delicate Melon, Mango and Lychee Aroma. New Zealand grown Cascade boasts more Floral Citrus, Lychee, Tangerine and Tropical fruit flavours, with similarities to the Australian grown variety, however more Subtle and Delicate in both the Taste and Aroma. Grown in the United States of America, Canada, Argentina and Tasmania, Australia.
