– Cascade is an Aroma Variety of Hop, Originating in 1971, United States/OR. Lingering Tropical Bitterness, Floral Spice, Resinous Pine with a Citrus like quality complimented by Grapefruit characteristics. Peach, Mango, Watermelon and Mandarin compliment the Aroma, with mild Pine Needle, Grapefruit and Orange on the palate. Australian grown Cascade tends to impart more Tropical, Mango and Passion Fruit like qualities than it’s American counterpart. Grown in the United States of America, Canada, Argentina and Tasmania, Australia.
