‘Our dark, roasty Imperial Stout is balanced by whole and ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, and vanilla that signal the winter holiday season.  At 8.5% ABV, we brew this winter warmer to be shared back home with your closest friends and family.’

– Hops: Bravo‘, and Northern Brewer (US)‘.

– Malts: 2-Row, Crystal Extra Dark, Chocolate Malt, Carafa 3, Roast Barley, Carafoam, and Rolled Oats.

– Other Ingredients: Ginger, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Cardamom, and Vanilla.

[ ABV: 8.5% IBU: 25 OG: 21.6 FG: 5.0 ] 

– Available: October-December Special Release, Tap/Draft, 16oz/473ml Cans.



 Look: [ Charcoal black, with a ruby-brown hue. ]

Head: [ 1.5 centimeters of beige, fluffy head with viscous lacing. ] 

Aroma: [ Gingerbread, wallnuts, roasted barley, molasses, cookies and white pepper. ] 

Taste: [ Cinnamon, ginger, allspice, chocolate malt, sage, and espresso. ] 

Mouth-Feel: [ Velvety and silky, with hints of chocolate, ginger and spice. ] 

Mid Palate: [ Nutmeg, chilies, gingerbread, earthen-spice, sweet malts and cashew nuts. ] 

Finish: [ Roasted barley, coffee beans, peppers, cinnamon, clove, oats, and biscuit. ]

Overall: [ Robust, complex, sweet, and spicy. Ginger dominates the palate, followed by hints of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, cocoa, and white pepper. Sweet on the tongue, but not unbalanced. Rich chocolate, biscuits, coffee, and spice linger on the palate, with a creamy, dry finish. Straight to the point, what we have here is half stout, half gingerbread man. A well made, balanced, and interesting take on the timeless stout. Best served for Sunday breakfast. ]
